How to deal with procrastination for Success

A common point to all the great millionaires is their strong conviction that, despite the challenges they will achieve success. They have not a drop of procrastination that flows in their veins.
They are motivated by their goals and dreams. They believe with absolute certainty that they will achieve their goals even if they are not sure how everything will unfold.
The belief and confidence to push you to exert more efforts to achieve your goals, although you have no insurance at one hundred percent that you will succeed. The actions you take in more naturally improve your ability to achieve success.
It is possible that you are part of people with a habit of procrastination. Procrastination is the tendency to repel obligations or duties until the last minute.
Procrastination will suffer your life and your career because it will prevent you from having good jobs and you will miss opportunities.
By focusing on the attitude of men who have experienced great successes, we see that they all adopt this formula:
Decide what you want
Establish a plan to define how you can get there
Put the plan into action
Make changes as necessary, until you realize your goals
This formula is simple and easy to follow, yet most people have problems to follow because of procrastination, fear to achieve success, the lack of monitoring, motivation, belief, etc. ...
Here are some tips for dealing with procrastination in order to succeed:
1. Improve how you manage your time. Use your time efficiently and learn to properly manage your time.
For example, you can invest in books, training or planning software to help you better organize your tasks and your time.

2. Do you ever give an excuse to procrastinate. Tap into your time as possible.
For example, you still have 10 minutes before your office closes. Use this time to do something that will only take a few minutes, as storing your documents and organize them.

3. Create a work environment. Some individuals are able to concentrate on their work despite the noise and chaos around them while others can not. To achieve your best performance, silence and privacy are necessary.

4. List the tasks you've delayed, the more important to least important, do the tasks one by one, then cross out the ones you have completed and continue to the next.
5. Be realistic to your expectations. One obstacle to success is when you aim the moon, and if you can not get there, you feel disappointed and paralyzed.
Transform the huge tasks into smaller manageable steps to achieve each of them. It's better than being disappointed because you are not able to do one large task.
6. Never say "I can not do." Leave aside the prejudices you may have about your abilities and your person because it is a major reason that makes you procrastinate. First try to get there because you can not know until you have not tried. If you do not believe in your ability to accomplish a specific task, you are destined to procrastinate.
7. Never be afraid to fail. For some people, a defeat upsets and makes them believe it is impossible to succeed again.
Conversely, those who succeed see their failures as indications that allow them to seek new horizons. For them, failure is something positive that they can learn from their mistakes.

Keep in mind that success never happens by accident. It is a deliberate act of taking a decision on what you want to do and accomplish in your life, then put this decision into action.
